Better results don't always require more supplements.
Most supplement routines are built on guesswork.
SuppCo fixes that. They help you audit product quality, optimize your budget, and track the exact nutrient density of your stack. You take the right dosages from trusted sources. Nothing more, nothing less.
Plus, their core features are free. Not a trial. Just free.
Download the SuppCo app to see what you're actually taking. Then start building a routine that makes sense for your body and your budget.
Your workouts aren't random. Your supplements shouldn't be either.
Good morning Ankeny! It's St. Patrick's Day, which means everyone's suddenly Irish for 24 hours and green beer is somehow acceptable before noon. Whether you're celebrating with corned beef or just avoiding people who pinch, hope you have a good one. 🍀🍻

💛ANKENY KIDS EDITION
Southview Student Heading to National Spelling Bee
Caleb DeVan from Southview Middle School just won Iowa's Scripps Spelling Bee on March 7 at Living History Farms. That means he's headed to the national competition in Washington, D.C., May 26–28 to represent the entire state.
Caleb got into competitive spelling through Southview's FLEX program, which offered spelling as an extension interest study and included a school-wide bee. Turns out, those elective classes can really pay off.
Spell em’ under the table Caleb!
Prairie Trail's Glow Show
Prairie Trail Elementary just put on The Glow Show, and it's exactly what it sounds like: a full-school art exhibit where every student made neon artwork that actually glows. Art teacher Mrs. Bingham orchestrated the whole thing, tying it into the school's "Level Up" video game theme for the year.
Kids created disco balls, boom boxes, a glowing Mario Kart track, and more. The exhibit ran all week and wrapped up during parent-teacher conferences. If you didn't catch it in person, here’s the video.
Ankeny High Schoolers Got a Preview of Real Careers
All juniors at Ankeny and Centennial recently attended Career & College Showcases, where they spent time with actual professionals from 14 different career fields. Think of it as a career fair that doesn't involve sitting through boring PowerPoints.
Professionals brought tools and equipment, explained what their day-to-day looks like, and talked about how they got to where they are. The goal: help students figure out what they might want to do after graduation before they're forced to pick a major.
Shout-out to the professionals who took time to make it happen.
Have you ever went to an event you have seen featured on The Ankeny Digest?
SPRING BREAK
Buff Kids Club: Make Bath Bombs, Avoid Boredom
Spring Break is coming, which means you've got about five days to figure out what to do with your kids before they start climbing the walls. Buff is running Kids Club all week (March 16–21) with two daily sessions where kids can make 2-3 mini bath bombs and score a free kids soap bar for $25.
Sessions are at 11 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–6 PM. No reservations required—just walk in. Kids 16 and under can participate, but parents or guardians need to stay for the activity (sorry, no drop-offs).
RSVP on Buff City Soap’s Facebook event page to stay in the loop, or just show up and make it happen. (Details)
🎬SHOW TIME
Enemy of the People: When Doing the Right Thing Gets You in Trouble
Ankeny Community Theatre is putting on Enemy of the People, and it's one of those plays that somehow feels more relevant the older it gets. The setup: a small Norwegian town is getting rich off its famous medicinal spring waters. Then Dr. Stockmann discovers the water is contaminated and tries to warn everyone. Plot twist: the people in power don't want to hear it.
It's all about the tension between telling the truth and keeping everyone happy—spoiler alert, you can't do both. If you're looking for something a little heavier than your average night out, this one's solid. TICKETS
